Missouri Border Brawl returns on Sunday, with loaded all-star event card in St. Charles, Mo.

by Missouri Border Brawl

The Missouri Border Brawl returns this weekend with another charity fundraising event to benefit deserving veterans with amputations and PTSD as well as to raise money for underprivileged youth, creating opportunities for them to wrestle.

The event will feature the best Missouri grade school and high school-aged wrestlers facing athletes from across the bordering states. This year's competition will take place Sunday, October 17th at 2pm at the Boys & Girls Club of St. Charles, Missouri.

Many fans may remember this event, which has been hosted prior to NCAA Div. I Championships which have been held in St. Louis.

There are only 200 seats remaining for the event this year. To purchase tickets now, visit BORDER BRAWL TICKETS

"I have worked with David Mirikitani on previous fundraising events,” said 2018 National Wrestling Hall of Fame inductee Randy Couture. “We love raising money for our veterans and love having a wrestling event as the way to do so."

In addition to the wrestling action, Junior World champions from the University of Missouri, Keegan O'Toole and Rocky Elam, will be doing a clinic at the same location from 11:30am-1pm before the Brawl.

“We want this to sell out and continue as the standard for wrestling events in the state of Missouri,” said Missouri Border Brawl founder David Mirikitani. “We hope you will support this event by attending, participating in the silent auction and sponsorship. I want to truly thank Jason Keck and the folks that have helped make this dream a reality. Their hard work and commitment to excellence is amazing, and we would not be holding the event without their support."

The goal for the Border Brawl is to raise money for those who deserve it and have a first-class wrestling event. This year's card includes a number of nationally ranked wrestlers, including matches featuring prominent boys and girls from the surrounding states.

The event will be broadcast on the IAWrestle Rokfin page
