Senior Team Leaders#
Andrew F. Barth is Chairman of Capital Guardian Trust Company, and a director of Capital Group International, Inc. Mr. Barth has portfolio management responsibilities in investment grade credit fixed-income accounts.
Mr. Barth joined the Capital Group organization in 1985 after completing his MBA at Columbia Business School. He began his career as an equity analyst. Mr. Barth has served as a US Equity Research Director, a Global Research Director, on the Capital Group Companies Management Committee for 5 years (2006-2010) and on the Capital Group Companies Fixed Income Management Committee for 6 years (2009-2014).
Mr. Barth has received USA Wrestling's Man of the Year award for 2014, the John Jay Award from Columbia University in 2011, the International Medical Corporation Global Humanitarian Award in 2011, the Career Transitions for Dancers Outstanding Contributions to Dance Award in 2010, the After School All Stars Enlightenment Award in 2007, the Golden Apple Award from the San Gabriel Valley Council of Academic Administrators in 2006 and the Jimmy Stewart Award from Scouting in 2004.
Mr. Barth has continued his dedication to wrestling, being named the Team Leader for the United States Men’s Freestyle Wrestling Team for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, being accepted into the Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association Hall of Fame in 2013 and the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2012 as an Outstanding American. He also played a role on the Committee to Preserve Olympic Wrestling (CPOW) which worked successfully in 2013 to keep wrestling in the Olympics.
Barth and his wife Avery, made the largest charitable gift in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame’s 36-year history with a $1 million multi-year pledge for the organization’s Wrestling Beyond the Walls Campaign. He was also instrumental in obtaining a replica of an ancient training manual on wrestling for the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.
In June of 2012, Barth received the National Wrestling Hall of Fame’s Outstanding American honor, the 48th recipient of this prestigious award.
Andy lives in San Marino, California with his wife, Avery, and their four children, and grandchildren.
Jamie Dinan is the founder, chairman & CEO of York Capital Management, one of the world’s most successful hedge funds.
The third of five children, Jamie was born in Baltimore to a textile engineer father and homemaker mother before later growing up in Worcester, Mass. Though money was tight in his youth, his parents focused their resources and efforts on providing education for their children.
From 1985 to 1991, Jamie worked at Kellner, DiLeo & Co., where he became a general partner and was responsible for investing in risk arbitrage and special situation investments. From 1981 to 1983, he was a member of the investment banking group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc.
Jamie is currently the Vice Chair and Chairman Emeritus at the Museum of the City of New York. He serves on the board of directors of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and of the Hospital for Special Surgery, the nation’s pre-eminent orthopedic surgery hospital. Additionally, he is a U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation (USOPF) Trustee. He also sits on the Harvard Business School's Board of Dean's Advisors, the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton Board of Advisors at the University of Pennsylvania and the Board of Trustees for The Rockefeller University.
Jamie and his wife Elizabeth Miller are the parents of three children. He received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Steve Silver is the Chief Executive Officer of Steve Silver Furniture. Steve attended University of Alabama majoring in Chemical and Biological Engineering, where he also wrestled.

Developmental Team Leaders#
Tim wrestled at the University of Minnesota, placing at the Big 10 Tournament three times and earning over 100 victories during his career. He was an assistant coach at Minnesota before moving into the private sector, where he is now retired from his role as vice president for logistics at C.H. Robinson Worldwide.
Jeff Waters is the President of OFC Financial Planning, LLC. Jeff holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Yale University, where he was a member of the varsity wrestling team. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Jeff is Chairman and co-founder of the US Wrestling Foundation.
Steve graduated from Elizabethtown College in 1990, where he was a member of the wrestling team. He finished his coaching career with 4 years at Millersville University. Steve was twice named the NCAA East Regional Coach of the Year and once as the MAC Coach of the year, and National Wrestling Hall of Fame inductee. Steve founded River Rock Academy, a PDE approved licensed academic school serving at-risk students in grades K-12 with emotional and learning needs.
Foster is an author and technology entrepreneur that has built and sold multiple cybersecurity companies. He started his career in the DOD and is an active Maryland State Wrestling Association Board Member. Foster graduated from Capitol Technology University and the Wharton School of Business and lives in Maryland with his wife and four children.
Ambassadors#
Ken Honig is a former wrestler, rugby player and real estate developer. Retired in his mid-30s to pursue worldwide mountain climbing, adventuring, doing pro bono work for several governments, and philanthropy.
