Watch UWW Cadet and University Nationals live on Flowrestling, June 3-5

AKRON, Ohio – Many of the nation’s top high school and college stars converge on Akron, Ohio this weekend for the 2016 ASICS UWW Cadet and University Nationals, with every match being broadcast live on Flowrestling.com.
Coverage from the Louis and Freda Stile Athletic Field House on the campus of the University of Akron will begin with Greco-Roman competition for both age groups this Friday followed by freestyle competition on Saturday and Sunday.
The University Nationals field already has over 750 entries for both international styles. The Greco-Roman competition is headlined by 2015 U.S. World Team member Patrick Martinez and 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials runner-up Geordan Speiller. A bevy of college stars including NCAA champions Nico Megaludis, Isaiah Martinez and Nick Gwiazdowski are entered in the men’s freestyle tournament.
Champions of the University Nationals qualify for the U.S. University World team that will compete at the World University Championships in Corum, Turkey this October.
2015 Cadet World Champions Yianni Diakomihalis and Gable Steveson headline a star-studded UWW Cadet Nationals field.
Champions of the UWW Cadet Nationals qualify for the U.S. Cadet World Team that will compete at the Cadet World Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia this September.
