Pennsylvania USA Wrestling hires Jim Beach as its Executive Director

Jim Beach is a highly experienced and passionate wrestling executive with a strong background in coaching, club administration, and sales. With over a decade of experience coaching wrestling, Jim has made a significant impact on the sport in his local community and beyond.
Jim's journey in wrestling began at North East High School (North East, PA), but after finishing at Thiel College (Greenville, PA) he dipped into coaching.
In 2011 he took on the role of Head Coach at Cambridge Springs High School. He quickly established himself as a skilled coach and leader, helping his team to achieve significant success on the mat. In 2014 he expanded his reach by founding the Spa Wrestling Club, providing young wrestlers in the community with the opportunity to train and compete in Freestyle and Greco-Roman. Jim is a USA Wrestling Bronze Certified Coach.
In 2019, Jim joined the coaching staff at General McLane High School, taking on the role of Assistant Coach. He also helped found the Scotsman Wrestling Club, further expanding his coaching experience and skills. In addition to his coaching roles, Jim has also taken on leadership positions serving as the General McLane Wrestling Booster President since 2021, as well as helping to run the Edinboro Youth Wrestling Club.
Jim's dedication to the sport extends beyond coaching and administration. Alongside his work in wrestling, Jim has also had a successful career in sales, working as a District Sales Manager for Napa Auto Parts and Lawson Products.
With his wealth of experience and passion for the sport, Jim is a valuable asset to any wrestling organization, and his impact on the industry is sure to be felt for years to come.
