Tyler Graff (Dublin, Ohio/New York AC) has been named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week.

Each week, TheMat.com will select an Athlete of the Week, based upon performance within wrestling for that week. The selection committee will consider any level of wrestling, from youth programs through the Senior level.

Graff was named Outstanding Wrestler after winning a freestyle title at the Dave Schultz Memorial International on Friday at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Graff fired in for two third-period takedowns to down 2014 Schultz champion Omak Syuryun of Russia 5-3 in the finals at 57 kg/125.5 lbs.

Graff knocked off World Teamers Angel Escobedo and Nick Simmons en route to the finals. Graff is a past U.S. Junior and University World Team member.

Graff was a four-time All-American for Wisconsin, placing second, third, fifth and fifth at the NCAA tournament for the Badgers.
