NORTH CENTRAL OPEN
At Naperville, Ill.
Notes: Hosted by North Central College, the top three teams in NCAA women’s wrestling came together, along with a number of other strong programs. NCAA No. 1 King University, led by six individual champions, won the team title with 153 points. Champions for King included Jaclyn McNichols (101), Sage Mortimer (116), Cheyenne Sisenstein (123), Montana Delawder (130), Ana Luciano (136) and Cheyenne Bowman (170). NCAA No. 3 North Central finished in second place with 124.5 points, but no individual champions. NCAA No. 2 McKendree was third with 91 points, with champion Kayla Marano (155). Two McKendree wrestlers reached the 191-pound finals, but did not wrestle, both taking second: Jaycee Foeller and Sydnee Kimber. NCAA No. 6 Augsburg finished fourth as a team, with two individual champions in Emily Shilson (109) and Katie Lange (143).

NAIA No. 2 Life was second with 221.5 pounds, led by champions Katalina Bartelt (101) and Sie Powell (123). NCAA No. 10 Adrian was third with 188 points and two champions, Zoe Nowicki (136) and Taylor Cutler (155).
