Illinois gets No. 1 seed, Team Indiana No. 2 for 14U Freestyle National Duals

OAKS, Pa. - Weigh-ins are complete and the top 16 seeds have been set for the men’s freestyle competition at the 2025 14U National Duals in Oaks, Pa., which will be held on Friday and Saturday at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks.
The top 16 teams were determined based upon the aggregate style-specific PIN rankings of the athletes on the team, based upon the rules set in the Policies and Procedures for National Dual Championships
The top 16 seeds are: (double check)

2. Team Indiana
3. Pennsylvania Blue
4. Minnesota Blue
5. Wisconsin
6. Oklahoma Outlaws Red
7. Michigan Blue
8. Team Colorado
9. Washington
10. Ohio Gray
11. Iowa Blue
12. California
13. Team Kansas
14. Missouri Red
15. Team Utah
16. Team Texas
The tournament is split into four pools. Illinois is the top seed in Pool A, Team Indiana is the top seed in Pool B, Pennsylvania Blue is the top seed in Pool C. Minnesota Blue is top seed in Pool D. The rest of the seeds are being placed in the four pools based upon their ranking.

In 2024, Pennsylvania Blue was the 14U freestyle champion, defeating California in the finals, 50-27. Third place went to Ohio Scarlet, winner over Wisconsin, 50-32 in the medal round. Illinois finished fifth, stopping New Jersey, 48-30 in their dual meet. Claiming seventh was Minnesota Blue, a 44-36 winner of Ohio Grey.
Tickets for the event are available on site, to include Adult All Session ($75), Senior All Session ($50), Adult Daily ($20) and Senior Daily ($15).
