Dremiel Byers has etched his name in history as one of the greatest U.S. Greco-Roman wrestlers of all time. Byers won gold at the 2002 World Championships, silver at the 2009 World Championships and bronze at the 2007 World Championships. He has also competed at two Olympic Games (2008, 2012).
Byers was voted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame this year, although his induction has been postponed due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.
