Match of the Day: Ali Bernard pins three-time Olympic medalist Guzel Manyurova to claim World bronze

At the 2011 World Championships, Ali Bernard squared off with Guzel Manyurova, a Russian competing for Kazakhstan, in the bronze medal match. Bernard was a two-time Junior World champion, a University World champion and finished fifth at the 2008 Olympic Games. Manyurova was a 2004 Olympic silver medalist and a 2007 World bronze medalist.
After this match, Bernard went on to compete in the 2012 Olympics before hanging up her shoes. Manyurova finished with bronze at the 2012 Olympic Games and silver at the 2016 Olympic Games.
