Registration now open for TOA Stockyard Stampede in Fort Worth, Texas, December 18-20

USA Wrestling is excited to announce that registration is now open for its Folkstyle Tour of America Stockyard Stampede, set for the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas, December 18-20.
Competition will be available for boy and girl wrestlers from all states, with divisions at the youth, middle school and high school levels.
The Stockyard Stampede was a new event in the Folkstyle Tour of America last year, and was successfully held alongside the 2019 Senior Nationals. The tournament was very well received and is expected to continue to grow this year and in the future.
Athletes and families are encouraged to register right away, because there will be an event fee discount for those who pre-register online.
The event registration caps will be:
• High School Boys = 400 total wrestlers MAX
• All Girls Divisions = 250 total wrestlers MAX
• Middle School Boys = 400 total wrestlers MAX
• Boys 6U, 8U, 10U and 12U = 400 total wrestlers MAX
The entry fee during pre-registration is $45 per athlete, with online pre-registration closing on Monday, December 14 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. The late online registration fee is $55 per athlete, which closes on Thursday, December 17 at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Competition on Saturday, December 19 will include high school boys and all girls divisions. Competition on Sunday, December 20 will feature these boys divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and Middle School. Please check the event schedule for specific weigh-in times for each division, as well as which session that specific divisions will be assigned for competition.

ADDITIONAL EVENT INFORMATION
• Coaches Bands: The cost for coaches bands are $10 if purchased by December 14 and $15 if purchased after December 14. Please note that Coaches Passes include admission to the event. All coaches that wish to purchase a coaches band to gain access to the competition floor to coach athletes must have a USA Wrestling Leader Membership Card.

• Spectator Tickets: At the direction of several committees and local health authorities. USA Wrestling will be imposing a strict TWO (2) pre purchased spectator tickets per athlete registered. No exceptions! This does not include coaches’ passes. This event is General Admission and capacity is reduced to accommodate seating with social distancing rules. Groups will be directed to sit at least 6 feet from each other at all times.
Spectator Ticket Pricing:
- If purchased by December 14th: Adults (18 years old and up) are $10; Students (ages 6-17) are $5; Children 5 years old and under – Free
- If purchased after December 14th: Adults (18 years old and up) are $15; Students (ages 6-17) are $10; Children 5 years old and under are Free

• Accommodations: The event has four hotels available for participants attending the Stockyard Stampede. Families should book their rooms using “2020 USAW Stockyard Stampede” to receive the special event rate.

• COVID-19 Screening: To mitigate COVID-19 and protect our members, everyone entering the venue must wear a mask and/or proper fitting face covering and be subjected to a daily screening. Anyone who does not comply with this will be asked to leave.
