Match of the Day: Mohammed Abdelfatah defeats R.C. Johnson at the 2012 Curby Cup

The 2012 Curby Cup, held in honor of Greco-Roman National Team member Jacob Curby, who passed away at the age of 25, featured a team from the U.S. taking on a team from Georgia.
In a preliminary bout, fans were treated to American R.C. Johnson squaring off with Mohammed Abdelfatah of Egypt. Johnson was a 2009 World Team member and would go on to win the 2012 Olympic Team Trials. Abdelfatah, who is now the National Greco-Roman Assistant Coach for Team USA, was a 2006 World champion, a 1998 World silver medalist and a 2002 World bronze medalist.
