In the quarterfinals of the 2011 Junior World Championships in Bucharest, Romania, Ellis Coleman shocked spectators by hitting his patterned "flying squirrel". The move garnered huge amounts of media attention and even came in at No. 1 on SportsCenter's Top Ten Plays.
