Four World Team members headline large U.S. group at Haparanda Cup in Sweden

24 Americans will be competing in Greco-Roman at the Haparanada Cup in Haparanda, Sweden this Saturday. The group includes four 2019 Senior World Team Members.
At 55 kg, Max Nowry (Colorado Springs, Colo./Army WCAP) is the lone American entry. Nowry placed fifth at the 2019 World Championships. Ryan Mango (Colorado Springs, Colo./Army WCAP) will be one of several Americans competing at 63 kg. Mango placed seventh at the World Championships.
The other two World Team members are Raymond Bunker (Camp Lejune N.C./Marines) at 67 kg and John Stefanowicz (Camp Lejune N.C./Marines) at 87 kg. Stefanowicz competed at 82 kg for the World Championships but has moved up to an Olympic weight class for this tournament.
Seasoned wrestlers can be found across the rest of the lineup. At 60 kg, the only American registered is Dalton Roberts (Fowlerville, Mich./NYAC), a 2018 World Team member and two-time U23 World Team Member. In addition to Mango, 63 kg will feature National Team No. 2 Xavier Johnson (Camp Lejeune, N.C./Marines) and Elite Accelerator Program athlete Logan Hatch (Colorado Springs, Colo./USOPTC/EAP).
Seven Americans will compete at 67 kg including three-time National Team member Alejandro Sancho (Colorado Springs Colo./Army WCAP) and current National Team No. 2 and 2012 University World bronze medalist Jamel Johnson (Camp Lejeune, N.C.)
Other current National Team members to watch include No. 3 at 72 kg Michael Hooker (Colorado Springs, Colo./Army WCAP), No. 2 at 72 kg Alex Mossing (Colorado Springs, Colo./Airforce), who will be competing at the Olympic weight class of 77 kg, No. 3 at 77 kg Peyton Walsh (Camp Lejeune, N.C./Marines), No. 2 at 97 kg Lucas Sheridan (Colorado Springs, Colo./Army WCAP) and No. 3 at 97 kg Daniel Miler (Camp Lejeune, N.C./Marines)
2018 U23 World Team member Nolan Baker, who recently moved to Colorado Springs to train at the USOPTC will compete at 67 kg, and Spencer Woods (Marquette, Mich./New York AC), who qualified for the Olympic Team Trials by finishing as the highest placing American in his bracket with a silver medal at the Bill Farrell International, will be competing at 77 kg
