Today, we caught up with 2018 World silver medalist Sarah Hildebrandt, who was getting in a training session at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center. She talked with us about a variety of subjects, including the upcoming Pan American Games and the 2019 World Championships. She also gave her assessment of her Final X performance, talked about her areas of improvement, and also share her thoughts about the rapid growth of wrestling for girls and women nationwide.
