Junior Folkstyle Champ Anthony Mantanona coming for the Triple Crown

California state champion Anthony Mantanona was dominant throughout his run to the 170-pound title at the 2017 USA Wrestling Folkstyle Nationals in the Junior division. He picked up four falls to qualify for the championships match against Josh Ramirez of Gator Wrestling where he won by 17-1 technical fall.
Mantanona is a three-time place winner at the California States and won the Junior Greco-Roman Nationals last summer. He has committed to wrestle in college for the University of Oklahoma.
