There were many reasons why hundreds of people participated in the #GetYolked4Rio Challenge. Some are athletes and others are supporters of wrestling.
This is the interview of 9-year-old Huggy Williams and his reasoning for doing the #GetYolked4Rio Challenge. His father, Robert, conducted the interview.
Me: They want to know how long you've been wrestling.
Huggy: This is my second year, but my first year making it to states.
Me: What made you decide to do the Get Yolked challenge?
Huggy: I saw Reece (Humphrey) do it and thought it looked like fun.
Me: You are a Reece fan, huh?
Huggy: Yeah, he is AWESOME! He is always doing cool tricks and stuff that I try and do too. Plus he is an awesome wrestler and coach. And he's a Buckeye.
Me: Do you know why you want to help support USA wrestling?
Huggy: To help the wrestlers from the USA win and to keep wrestling in the Olympics.
Me: Why would anyone ever let their sisters crack eggs on their head?
Huggy: We thought it was funny. And they've probably earned it.
With donation support from Huggy’s family and others along with him, we have a good start. However, we are short of our goal and still need to raise $5,000. Just know that any donation amount will help, even $5.00. Go to www.getyolked4rio.com to donate. Thank you for your support.
