Darshawn Sharp named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for March 29-April 4

Darshawn Sharp (Valdosta, Ga./Team Georgia) has been named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for March 29-April 4.
Each week, TheMat.com will select an Athlete of the Week, based upon performance within wrestling for that week. The selection committee will consider any level of wrestling, from youth programs through the Senior level.
Georgia's Sharp won the Junior 112-pound title at the ASICS USA Wrestling Folkstyle Nationals on Saturday at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Sharp beat Hawaii's Cassidy Oshiro 6-4 in overtime to claim the championship at 112 pounds.
Sharp won the Folkstyle Nationals in Cadets last year.
