Save the date! UWW U15 and Cadet Nationals set for April 23-25 in Wisconsin

USA Wrestling is excited to announce a new date and location for the UWW U15 and Cadet Nationals, which is set for April 23-25 in Wisconsin Dells, Wisc., at the Woodside Dome.
Fans can watch all the action live on FloWrestling.org.
Registration for the event is open now. Pre-registration ($55 per style) closes April 21 at 11:59 p.m. MT, while late online registration ($100 per style) closes at weigh-ins for the tournament.
This event features men’s freestyle and Greco-Roman. The women’s freestyle age-group nationals will be announced at a later date.
Qualification:
- The overall winner between Freestyle & Greco-Roman for the UWW U15 Nationals will represent Team USA at the UWW U15 Pan-American Championships in Mexico City, Mexico, on October 21-24.
- The overall winner between Freestyle & Greco-Roman for the UWW Cadet Nationals will represent Team USA at the UWW Cadet Pan-American Championships in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on June 9-13.
- The champions in Freestyle and Greco-Roman for the UWW Cadet Nationals will represent Team USA at the UWW Cadet World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, on July 19-25.
Coaches’ bands:
Coaches’ bands are available for $20. All coaches that wish to purchase a coaches’ band to gain access to the competition floor to coach athletes must have a USA Wrestling Leader membership card and a bronze coaching certification.
Other information:
The UWW U15 and Cadet Nationals will be conducted following the requirements of the state and local health authorities, as well as using the safety provisions of the USA Wrestling Return to Events Guidelines. USA Wrestling and the local organizers, the Wisconsin Wrestling Federation, will monitor data and local trends closely leading up to the event.
