Semifinal Wrap: Campbellsville leads NAIA women, St. Cloud leads NCAA Div. II men, Wartburg gets six in NWCA Div. III finals

The semifinals have been completed from the three college national events going on Saturday morning: the NCAA Div. II Nationals in St. Louis, the NAIA Women's National Invitational in Jamestown, and the NWCA Div. III Coaches Association Nationals in Coralville.
With four finalists, St. Cloud State leads Nebraska-Kearney by 10 points after NCAA Div. II semifinals
ST LOUIS, Mo., Led by four individual finalists, St. Cloud State took a 10 point lead over Nebraska-Kearney by 10 after NCAA Div. II semifinals. UNK had been leading the team race after day one of the event.
The four St. Cloud State finalists are Garrett Vos (133), Joey Bianchini (141), Garrett Aldrich (149) and Kameron Teacher (285).
Nebraska-Kearney, with nine All-Americans, had just two semifinalists, and neither were able to advance to the gold-medal round.
Rounding out the top five were third-place West Liberty with 60 points, fourth-place Lindenwood with 57.5 points and fifth-place Central Oklahoma with 56 points.
West Liberty has three finalists: Cole Laya (125), Tyler Warner (133) and Connor Craig (184).

Wartburg pushes six wrestlers into NWCA Div. III finals, while Coe has four finalists
CORALVILLE, Iowa – Although there are no team scores kept, traditional power Wartburg has been dominant at the NWCA Div. III Coaches Association Nationals, putting six wrestlers into the finals on Saturday.
Wartburg finalists are Brady Kyner (125), Kristian Rumph (141), Brady Fritz (149), David Hollingsworth (157), Zane Mulder (165) and Kyle Briggs (174).
Coe added four finalists: Alex Friddle (125), Brock Henderson (133), Josh Gerke (149) and Brady Henderson (157).
North Central, Loras and Augsburg each have two finalists. There are nine different teams with an athlete in the finals.

Campbellsville has commanding lead in NAIA Women’s Nationals with five finalists
JAMESTOWN, N.D. – Campbellsville continued its dominance at the NAIA Women’s National Invitational, pushing five athletes into the finals.
Campbellsville finalists are McKayla Campbell (109), Charlotte Fowler (116), Angela Vitiritti (130), Randi Robison (136) and Alexandra Castillo (170).
Campbellsville had 153 points after the semifinals, a full 36 points ahead of second-place Life with 117 points. Rounding out the top five were Wayland Baptist in third with 92.5 points, Oklahoma City in fourth with 83.5 points and Southern Oregon in fifth with 76.5 points.
Life and Wayland Baptist each have three finalists, and Baker has two finalists. There are 11 teams with at least one finalist.
This is a qualifying event for the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Fort Worth, Texas, April 2-3. The top place winner who has not already qualified in each weight class advances. There will be 10 qualifiers from this event going to Fort Worth.
