Olympic Wrestling Medal Count as of August 5: United States and ROC on top with five

After the fourth day of finals at the wrestling competition of the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, the United States and the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) lead the medal list with five total medal.


The United States has the better allotment of medals, with two gold, one silver and two bronzes. The ROC has two gold and three bronzes.


Two nations are tied with four medals Ukraine and host Japan. Three other nations have three medals, Iran, Germany and Kyrgzstan.


Nations getting gold medal tonight were Russia (57 kg MFS), the United States (86 kg MFS) and Japan (57 kg WFS).
