Updated USA Wrestling PIN ratings have been released for the 2025 U20 World Team Trials in both men’s freestyle and Greco-Roman, which will be held at SPIRE Academy in Geneva, Ohio, May 30-June 1.

In men’s freestyle, four members of the 2024 U.S. U20 Freestyle World Team have won the 2025 U20 Nationals title and will sit out until the Championship Series: P.J. Duke (70 kg), Ladarion Lockett (74 kg), Connor Mirasola (92 kg) and Justin Rademacher (97 kg). At the 2024 U20 Worlds, Lockett won a silver medal, while Duke and Rademacher won bronze medals. These athletes have extensive age-group international success. Recently, Duke qualified for Senior Final X in June, and Lockett and Rademacher won the Senior Pan American Championships titles.
In Greco-Roman, there were no 2024 U20 World Team members among the 2025 U20 Nationals champions. Among those who won 2025 National titles and will sit out until the Championships Series is 2023 U20 World Team member Landon Drury (63 kg) and 2021 U17 Pan American double champion Pierson Manville (67 kg).
Up to the top 10 wrestlers in each weight class based on USA Wrestling PIN ratings in the appropriate style, are listed below.
PIN ratings are not seeds. PIN ratings and athlete separation within each bracket are not final until after weigh-ins and subject to change based on final entries. USA Wrestling’s Performance Index, abbreviated as PIN, is used for separating top athletes at USA Wrestling regional and national events. Each wrestler is assigned a PIN rating based on his or her results over time.
The men’s freestyle tournament will be held on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to the 2025 U20 National champions, there are numerous past age-group World Team and Pan American Team members in the field.
Among the past age-group World champions are 2022 and 2024 U17 World champion Domenic Munaretto (57 kg), 2023 U17 World champion Paul Kenny (57 kg), 2023 U17 World champion Marcus Blaze (61 kg), 2021 U17 World champion Bo Bassett (65 kg), 2022 U17 World champion Joseph Sealey (74 kg), 2022 U17 World champion Koy Hopke (125 kg) and 2024 U17 World champion Michael Mocco (125 kg). There are number other age-group World medalists and World Team members included in this amazingly deep field. Blaze and Bassett were members of the 2024 U20 World Team, with both winning U20 World bronze medals last year.
In Greco-Roman, which is scheduled for Friday, 2022 U17 Greco-Roman World champion Joel Adams (72 kg) is entered in the competition. Greco-Roman age-group World medalists in the field include 2024 U20 World silver medalist Isaiah Cortez (60 kg) and 2024 U20 World silver medalist Otto Black (67 kg). Many of the entries have competed on the Senior level in Greco-Roman, notably 2025 Senior World Team Trials runner-up Aliaksandr Kikiniou Jr. (77 kg). Also entered is 2024 U20 Greco-Roman World Team member Arvin Khosravy (82 kg).
