Match of the Day: Lee Herrington picks up a big fall in the U23 Nationals finals

Nebraska-Kearney’s Lee Herrington is earning a reputation as a pinner. The redshirt sophomore, stuck Cohlton Schultz, No. 2 on the National Team at 130 kg, in the 2019 Junior World Team Trials finals. While Schultz would come back to win the best-of-three series and go on to take silver at the World Championships, Herrington turned some heads with his performance.
At the U23 Nationals this November, Herrington picked up another big fall, this time over Cal Baptist’s Zach Schrader in the U23 finals. Watch Herrington pin Schrader below:
