Larry Early and Evan Wick had a barnburner in the 2015 Fargo Junior Freestyle finals. Two of the lankiest 152 pounders you’ll find, the match centered around Early’s leg attacks and Wick’s counters.
Early would go on to earn All-American status for Old Dominion in 2019, placing eighth at 157 pounds. Wick placed third at 165 pounds in 2018 and fourth in 2019 for Wisconsin. He still has a year of eligibility remaining.
