We had a chance to visit with Lauren Louive, Final X finalist and Women's National Team member, who gives an update on her life since the COVID-19 pandemic and a look to the Olympic year ahead. Louive talks about her journey from an high school wrestler in Ohio to the University of the Cumberlands, then on to a Senior-level career on the international circuit. She talks about how she has focused on improvement in recent months.
