Army coaches Spenser Mango and Shon Lewis talk about African-American history and wrestling

USA Wrestling was able to visit with U.S. Army WCAP coaches Shon Lewis and Spenser Mango, to discuss African-American History Month, its importance in wrestling, as well as their experiences on their wrestling journeys. Lewis was a National Team athlete for many years, and has been head coach for the U.S. Army wrestlers, as well as U.S. World and Olympic Teams. Mango, a two-time Olympian and multiple World Team member, joined the Army coaching staff. Both have made a big impact on wrestling, and both are giving back to the sport in many ways.
