Match of the Day: Tanner Sloan and Noah Adams battle in the U23 Nationals finals

South Dakota State’s Tanner Sloan and West Virginia’s Noah Adams collided in an all-Big-12 final at 97 kg at the 2020 U23 Nationals.
Sloan, a 2020 NWCA second-team All-American, and Adams a NWCA first-team All-American, wrestled last season in the Big 12 Championship finals, where Adams came away with a, 5-1, victory.
Adams a 2016 Cadet Pan Am champion in both freestyle and Greco-Roman, compiled a perfect 32-0 record last season as a redshirt sophomore and earned the No. 2 seed at the NCAA Tournament. Sloan, a 2019 Junior World Team member and Junior Pan Am champion, put together a 21-6 record as a redshirt freshman.
