Blaize Cabell may not have won the 2017 Dave Schultz Memorial International, but he certainly stole the show.

In the 97 kg semifinals, Cabell faced a formidable opponent Russia’s Abdusalam Gadisov, a 2014 World champion and 2015 World silver medalist.

Trailing 6-0 late in the second period, Cabell executed a beautiful inside trip, taking Gadisov straight to his back. Cabell, would advance to the finals and end the tournament with silver.
