USA Wrestling’s Folkstyle Tour of America visits six cities, kicked off by Northwest Bigfoot Battle in Spokane

The nation’s premier youth folkstyle wrestling series, USA Wrestling's Folkstyle Tour of America, will host six world-class events in the 2019-20 season, geared towards boys and girls of various ages and skill levels.
Last year, over 5,000 wrestlers from all over the country competed in the series, with overall participation in the series growing every year since its inception.
The entire Folkstyle Tour of America series will be broadcast live on Trackwrestling, with a variety of video subscription options for consumers to consider.
The series features one new event, the 2019 Stockyard Stampede, held in Fort Worth, Texas alongside USA Wrestling’s Senior National Championships. One of the other popular events, the Southern Grind, moves to a new location this year at Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville, Ga.
The series kicks off with the annual Northwest Bigfoot Battle in Spokane, Wash., at the Spokane Convention Center, November 22-23.

Standard USA Wrestling Age Group Participation, includes Girls Division:

True Beginner Age Group Participation – 1st or 2nd year wrestlers only, includes 6U:
$23 - online
$35 – on-site
Athletes will compete for some of the most impressive trophies within youth wrestling, with each event featuring a specific trophy design based upon the local culture. In addition, athletes competing at Folkstyle Tour of America events score points towards USA Wrestling’s Future Olympian Rankings.
USA Wrestling does not charge for adjusting weight classes, even at weigh-ins, so make your plans now to get in on the action in the best youth folkstyle series in the country!
