Poulin, Howard, Sokol, Ulrey and Catka receive draws for 2019 Cadet Worlds

SOFIA, Bulgaria – The first five Americans have received their draws for the 2019 World Championships, which kick off on Monday in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Wrestling for the USA tomorrow is Stevo Poulin at 48 kg, Robert Howard at 55 kg, Ryan Sokol at 65 kg, Clayton Ulrey at 80 kg and Hunter Catka at 110 kg.
2018 Youth Olympic Games champion Robert Howard begins his third Cadet World Championships tomorrow. In the first round at 55 kg, he’ll take on Norik Harutyunyan from Armenia, who was fifth at the 2018 Cadet World Championships.
2018 Cadet Pan American champion Stevo Poulin will compete for the USA at 48 kg tomorrow, drawing 2019 Cadet Asian silver medalist Nurdaulet Bazarbayev of Kazakhstan.
Sokol, who was a 2017 Cadet Freestyle Fargo champion, will open his tournament at 65 kg against Ionut Vintila of Moldova.
Penn Sylvania wrestlers and 2019 FloNationals champions Ulrey and Catka will wrestle at 80 kg and 110 kg, respectively.
Ulrey will make his international debut, taking on 2017 U15 European bronze medalist Farid Jabbarov of Azerbaijan, while Catka is set to take on Adil Misirci form Turkey.
