GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Fundraising Coordinator and assistant to Chief of Donor & Alumni Relations
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
*Assist the Chief of Donor & Alumni Relations person in the development and coordination of USA Wrestling's Major & Annual Giving program efforts and campaigns.
*Develop and oversee all online giving processes, including donor gift program (Booster Club).
*Oversee Combined Federal Campaign and all application requirements.
*Oversee State Campaign and all application requirements.
*Take direction and assist the Chief of Donor & Alumni Relations person in any and all direction assigned.
*Coordinate and execute all special projects assigned.
*Assist in coordination of Donor tracking and contact systems, IE Donor Perfect.
*Assist in VIP campaign activities, Booster Club giving (online), Membership - over and above giving, and all other giving programs, with the exception of Corporate and Grant giving.
*Assist the Chief in the recognition effort for VIP Donors.
*Assist the Chief in attaining department fundraising goals and objectives.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Maintaining proper records
*Executing all internal processes and paperwork, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
*Four year college degree
Experience:
*USA Wrestling knowledge and wrestling experience
Other:
*Hard working, self starter, self motivated and goal oriented
KEY COMPETENCIES
Word, Excel and Computer skills
