Patrick Martinez: "You've got to keep adapting. You have to always keep learning."

At 28 years old and on his third U.S. World Greco-Roman Team, Patrick Martinez is one of the veterans on a relatively young U.S. Greco-Roman squad competing at the 2018 World Championships in Budapest, Hungary. A college wrestler for Nebraska-Kearney and Wyoming, this California native has been a consistent force in Senior-level Greco-Roman. Martinez has previously competed at the 2015 World Championships in Las Vegas and the 2016 World Championships in Budapest prior to making this year's World Team. He moves up to a new weight class, 87 kg, where he has been very competitive this season. Martinez talks about his own training and preparation for Budapest, and his thoughts about the Greco program this year.
