Cool new Folkstyle Tour of America awards, starting with Northwest Bigfoot Battle and King of the Mountain

USA Wrestling is proud to unveil new awards for its popular Folkstyle Tour of America, the growing youth folkstyle wrestling series, which provides high quality competition to wrestlers of many ages all across the country.
The new trophies are now in for the two Folkstyle Tour of America events scheduled this fall.
The Folkstyle Tour of American kicks off with the Northwest Bigfoot Battle in Spokane, Wash, Nov. 17-18. The new awards feature Bigfoot himself, wearing a wrestling medal.

Next up in the series is King of the Mountain and King of the Mountain Duals in Castle Rock, Colo., Dec. 1-3. The trophy depicts a ram, which rules the top of the mountains up and down the Rocky Mountains.

Three events have already opened up for registration, the Northwest Bigfoot Battle, the King of the Mountain and the Salt Lake Slam in Farmington, Utah, Dec. 28-30. See below for the registration link for these early season events. Sign up now before the events are sold out.
There will be a total of six Folkstyle Tour of America events this year, also including
• Southern Grind in Cartersville, Ga., Jan. 19-21
• A new event, the Rough Neck Rumble in Tulsa, Okla., Feb. 17-18
• Dominate in the Dells in Wisconsin Dells, Wis., March 9-10
The USA Wrestling national folkstyle season kicks off with the USA Wrestling Preseason Nationals, set for Cedar Falls, Iowa, October 27-29, 2017.
The USA Wrestling national folkstyle season concludes with the USA Wrestling Folkstyle National Championships, returning to Cedar Falls, Iowa, March 29-31, 2018.
