Olympic and World champion Helen Maroulis picked up her sixth career win at the Beat the Streets Benefit held in Times Square on May 17. She defeated 2016 Junior World champion Yuzuru Kumano of Japan 7-4 at the “East Meets West” exhibition to help raise funds for the Beat the Streets organization.
