U.S. Freestyle World Team Trials Challenge Tournament seeds released

USA Wrestling has released the seeds for each weight class for the Challenge Tournament at the 2017 U.S. Freestyle World Team Trials, which will be held at the Bob Devaney Center at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Neb. on June 10.
Seeds were set for the Challenge Tournament portion of the competition, which will be held on Saturday, starting at 10:00 a.m. A committee with representatives of the wrestling clubs met and voted on the seeds. Every wrestler in the Challenge Tournament received a seed.
The top seeds for the Challenge Tournament at the 2017 U.S. World Team Trials are:

Winners of Saturday morning’s Challenge Tournament in each weight class advance to the Championship Series on Saturday night.
Eight wrestlers had advanced directly to the best-of-three Championship Series, either by winning a medal at the 2016 Olympic Games or the 2016 World Championships, or by winning the 2017 U.S. Open. The athletes who are already in the Championship Series and will battle the Challenge Tournament winners are:
