USA Wrestling’s media guide for the 2017 UWW Senior World Championships is now available to download online in PDF format.
The extensive media guide includes the event schedule, biographies for all 24 U.S. competitors and each coaching staff, broadcast information and a comprehensive history of U.S. performances at the World Championships and Olympic Games and additional information.
The World Championships will be held Aug. 21-25 at AccorHotels Arena in Paris, France. The Greco-Roman competition will be held on the first two days of wrestling. Women’s freestyle will follow on days three and four. Action will conclude with men’s freestyle on the final two days of wrestling.
A live stream of the World Championships is available to U.S. residents at Trackwrestling.com for $9.99. In addition, NBC Sports and the Olympic Channel will provide both live and tape delayed television coverage of the event. Check your local listings for television broadcast times in your area.
