Milena Wick promoted to Titan Mercury Director of Operations and other staff named

Titan Mercury has promoted Milena Wick as the Director of Operations. Wick has served as the Executive Assistant to Wayne Boyd since the inception of Titan Mercury and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the day-to-day operations of the National Freestyle Championship team.


Regarding her new position Wick had this to say, “I am honored to have been chosen to take over the position of Director of Operations for TMWC. I am eager to begin my duties, and already have quite a few ideas that I would like to see implemented. It’s been a pleasure working under the guidance of Wayne Boyd and Andy Barth in developing Titan Mercury Wrestling Club. I’m looking forward to working with the athletes at a closer level and helping to develop a stronger wrestling base in the United States.”


Along with her duties to TMWC, Milena Wick has been one of the most active members of the wrestling community in the U.S.A.: providing photography for Tech-fall.com as well as offering instrumental roles at the World Cup of Wrestling and other national and world level tournaments. Milena is also the mother of four boys including nationally ranked wrestlers Evan and Zander Wick.


Co Founder/Partner Wayne Boyd will continue as Director of Development of Titan Mercury Wrestling Club, offering financial and development support to the club’s athletes with the aim of continuing to grow wrestling in the USA


Among the other positions announced, Martin Flores has been named TMWC Director of Youth Operations, Jonny Rugan was appointed Director of Media and Design, Lee Schneiderman will take over the position of Boys Youth Coach as well as Associate Producer, Mike Duran was promoted to Women’s Youth Coach and Mauricio “ Mo” Mora has been named Elite Boys Youth Coach.


Below are bios of Titan Mercury Wrestling Club’s newly appointed staff members

Martin Flores: Director of Youth Operations


Martin Flores has been active in the wrestling community in Southern California for over 20 years. Prior to his involvement with TMWC, Martin was the President of the San Gabriel Valley Kids Wrestling Club for 8 years as well as an assistant coach at Rosemead High School. He currently is the Director of Operations for Leader Industries Emergency Vehicles and serves as a member of the board for Titan Mercury Wrestling Club. Martin is also the father of reining California State Champion Julian Flores.

Jonny Rugan: Director of Media and Design


Jonny Rugan brings a wealth of experience to TMWC both as a member of the wrestling community and as an artist. Rugan has been an active member of the wrestling community in both California and the state of Washington for over 20 years. As a wrestler he was a 2X HS State Finalist and National qualifier. He currently serves as the USAW Grassroots Coordinator for the World Cup of Wrestling held in Los Angeles, CA. He is the Head Wrestling Coach at Lancaster High School and also is a member of the production team for the Global Wrestling Championships. “I am very grateful for the opportunity to merge my two passions of wrestling and art together on a daily basis. It is a pleasure and honor to serve as the Director of Media and Design for TMWC, whose vision to provide a higher opportunity for their athletes is in alignment with my desire to see wrestling at the apex of sporting competition.”

Lee Schniederman: Boys Youth Coach and Associate Producer


Lee Schneiderman comes to Titan Mercury with both a coaching and creative background. Prior to his work with Titan Mercury, Lee was a volunteer assistant coach at Magruder High School in Maryland. As a high school wrestler he was a 4 year starter and state qualifier. Lee is also a film producer and videographer for MWC. A graduate of Temple University’s Film and Media Arts program, Schneiderman’s creative focus is on visual media production for live events, including work for the Global Wrestling Championships, USA Wrestling and the National Football Foundation. “ I’m very excited for the opportunity to coach and mentor these young athletes as they are beginning in the sport. My focus is to provide the right type of training for our beginners, as we intend to teach them to enjoy and have fun with the sport of wrestling… Our goal at TMWC is to provide an effective path to success for out wrestlers, starting with the very beginning of their training.”

Mike Duran: Women’s Youth Coach


Mike Duran will take over the full responsibilities of Women’s Youth Coach. Duran is also the California USA Wrestling Women’s Director and an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Northview HS. Mike has coached several state champions, national champions and World team members. Coach Duran recently led his wome wrestlers to a CA State Freestlyle Championship and continues work with his athletes at all levels. “ I’m honored to be part of a wonderful club and coach a great bunch of athletes. I see nothing but amazing things coming in the future and I’m proud to be part of it.”

Mauricio “Mo” Mora: Elite Boys Youth Coach


Mauricio “Mo” Mora, who recently led his team to a California State Freestyle title, offers a vast amount of knowledge and experience to the TMWC coaching staff. As a high school wrestler coach Mo was a 2X State qualifier. In college Mora wrestled for the University of Minnesota where he was a varsity starter and an Espoir National Freestyle and Greco finalist. Mauricio has been a counselor/clinician for the J Robinson, Eternal Warrior and Hitchcock/ Azevedo wrestling camps. “ I am blessed to be part of the Titan Mercury Wrestling Club and honored to have the opportunity to work with future wrestling champions to help them develop into mighty men and women of honor and valor.”
