The final three U.S. Greco-Roman wrestlers have weighed in and received their draws for the final day of the 2014 World Wrestling Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on Sunday.

All three of the competitors on Sunday are members of the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program, stationed at Fort Carson, Colo., where they train under respected coach Shon Lewis.

Two-time World bronze medalist and 2012 Olympian Justin Lester (Colorado Springs, Colo./U.S. Army WCAP) leads the team at 71 kg/156.5 lbs. Lester is on his sixth World Team.

He opens against Mindia Tursumia of Georgia, who was third in the 2014 FILA Golden Grand Prix Finals.

“Lester’s done it before. We will see if he can do it again. I hope he has more in the tank. He’s had a great training camp and he has been healthy. He’s moved up and this is a better weight class for him,” said National Greco-Roman Coach Matt Lindland.

Two-time Olympian and five-time World team member Spenser Mango (Colorado Springs, Colo./U.S. Army WCAP) competes at 59 kg/130 lbs. Mango was fifth at the 2013 World Championships.

His first opponent is Fatih Ucuncu of Turkey, who was third in the 2014 World University Championships.

“We know Mango was top five last year. This is a better weight class for him. It is a little deeper now, with the changes in the weights. It is probably one of the toughest weight classes in the tournament. He’s a top five guy now. A little more advancement, and he is on the podium,” said Lindland.

On his second World Teams is Caylor Williams (Colorado Springs, Colo. (U.S. Army WCAP) at 98 kg/216 lbs., who opens against Marthin Nielsen of Norway, who was third in the 2014 European Championships.

“Caylor is a young guy with tremendous talent. We’ll see what he bring to the table tomorrow,” said Lindland.
