Watch 2014 ASICS FILA Cadet & University Nationals live today through Sunday on Flowrestling

The University of Akron will once again host this year's ASICS FILA Cadet and University Nationals, which serves as the World Team Trials for our country's high school and collegiate elite. High School stars hoping to make this year's FILA Cadet World Team will have to go perfect on their way to a national title. University Nationals finalists will battle it out in a best two-of-three series to make this year's University World Team.
Last year, we saw the Flowrestling top-five pound-for-pound wrestlers rally at FILA Cadets: #1 Aaron Pico (1st place), #2 Logan Massa (3rd place), #3 Spencer Lee (1st place), #4 Anthony Valencia (3rd place), #5 Mark Hall (2nd place).  2013 Cadet World Team members included: Austin Gomez, Devin Brown, Spencer Lee, Stevan Micic, Sean Fausz, Jon Jay Chavez, Bo Nickal, Angus Arthur, Lance Benick, Adam Lemke-Bell; Aaron Pico would go on to become a Cadet World Champion. 
Take a look at last year's University World Team and you will notice a slew of studs who are currently making an impact on the Senior stage, in particular: Tyler Graff, James Green, David Taylor, Andrew Howe, Ed Ruth, Tyrell Fortune.  Taylor and Fortune would go on to win Bronze medals at the World University Games.
