February is African-American History month in the United States. In recognition of African-American History month, USA Wrestling has developed this trivia quiz which concerns the impact of African-Americans within international wrestling. Included are a number of "firsts" and "mosts," as well as a few concerning major awards and recognition.
Questions include all three international styles, men's freestyle, Greco-Roman and women's freestyle. Included are many of the most important international wrestling events in history.
USA Wrestling is proud of the heritage of African-Americans within our international program, a legacy which continues today and will have a major impact on our future.
