Bisek, a two-time U.S. World Team member, also had a 3-1 record, winning his bronze-medal bout by an 8-0 technical fall. His only loss came in the semifinals, when he was pinned with a 6-0 lead at the time of the fall.

“Triggis really made a big move with his wrestling today. Wow, hhe fought like a wild tiger. Bisek, as usual, wrestled tough. He was winning 6-0 when he got caught in tight headlock in the semis. Engel won two bronze medals this weekend, one at 55 kg and one today at 60 kg. He's coming into his own. It was a great job by our guys,” said National Greco-Roman Coach Steve Fraser.
The USA won seven medals for the weekend, including a gold medal at 120 kg/264.5 lbs. by Robbie Smith (Colorado Springs, Colo./New York AC).
“We had one gold medal, from Robbie, and six bronze medals this weekend along with two great weeks of training with Russia, Estonia and Finland,” said Fraser.
