TheMat.com to webcast Pine Creek at Coronado wrestling dual meet on Wednesday, Dec. 15

TheMat.com, USA Wrestling's website, will produce a live webcast from the Pine Creek at Coronado high school wrestling dual meet on Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 7:00 p.m.
This dual meet will feature two of the top high school wrestling teams in the state of Colorado, in addition to many of the top ranked individuals on the state level.
Going into the meet, Coronado is ranked No. 1 and Pine Creek is ranked No. 4 among 5A schools in the On The Mat state wrestling rankings. There are three returning state champions expected to compete, Carter McElhaney of Coronado and Geo Martinez and Josh Martinez of Pine Creek. A total of five No. 1 ranked wrestlers in the state should compete.

Providing the commentary for the dual meet will be USA Wrestling's Jason Bryant, along with other special guests.

USA Wrestling, headquartered in Colorado Springs, is the national governing body for amateur wrestling in the United States.
USA Wrestling staff has organized and conducted the Colorado Springs Metro Wrestling Championships for the last 10 years, as a service to the local high school wrestling community. The 2011 Colorado Springs Metro Wrestling Championships will also be webcast on TheMat.com on January 22.
