Nebraska-Omaha's Mario Morgan named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for March 8-15

Mario Morgan (Chicago, Ill./University of Nebraska at Omaha) has been named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for March 8-14.
Each week, TheMat.com will select an Athlete of the Week, based upon performance within wrestling for that week. The selection committee will consider any level of wrestling, from youth programs through the Senior level.
Morgan won the 141-pound title to lead the University of Nebraska at Omaha to its third straight team title at the NCAA Division II Championships on Saturday night in Kearney, Neb.
The top-ranked Morgan downed No. 3 Dalton Jensen of Nebraska-Kearney 12-5 in the finals.
Morgan's teammates, Ryan Pankoke (174) and Aaron Denson (184), also won titles. The Mavericks had seven wrestlers earn All-American honors.
Morgan won the title after finishing second in this event in 2010 and third in 2009.
