This camp series has been developed and launched by USA Wrestling’s National Women’s Developmental Coach Jessica Medina. Motivated young women athletes ages 13-18 are encouraged to register for these amazing educational opportunities. Medina will be on the coaching staff at the Western Regional Development Camp in Phoenix.

All high school wrestlers are eligible to attend this camp, regardless of experience and achievement levels. In addition, any U15 All-American wrestlers may also sign up. This will be a commuter camps, three days in length.

In addition to helping develop the skills and experience of those athletes in the camp, there will be focus on also developing the abilities of coaches in the region.

Each camp will feature a highly-qualified USA Wrestling National Team member as a clinician, and will also include a lead coach from USA Wrestling’s National Volunteer Coaching Pool or the National Women’s staff. Each camp will cover a standardized curriculum.
