USA Wrestling proud to partner with Air Force Special Warfare

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, (March 19, 2024) – USA Wrestling is proud to announce it has partnered with Air Force Special Warfare, who will join the USA Wrestling family as an official Armed Services Partner. Air Force Special Warfare will title sponsor two of USA Wrestling’s premier age group events: 16U and Junior Folkstyle Nationals and Junior National Duals. Additionally, AFSW has secured the presenting sponsorship of USA Wrestling’s esteemed Athlete of the Week series.


With the addition of Air Force Special Warfare to its partnership lineup, USA Wrestling has officially set its all-time record for annual sponsorship revenue.

The Air Force Special Warfare 16U & Junior Boys and Girls Folkstyle Nationals, which took place March 15-17 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, is the first stage of the of the USA Wrestling Triple Crown. This prestigious event exclusively features high school boys and girls divisions, displaying an exciting showcase of talent and fierce competition.  

                                                                                                                        

The Air Force Special Warfare Junior National Duals, slated for June 19-22 in Tulsa, Okla., is one of USA Wrestling’s most exciting age group competitions. State pride is at stake as teams representing USA Wrestling’s State Associations compete in the freestyle and Greco-Roman dual meet competition. All participating teams must be selected and attend through their respective state associations.


Athlete of the Week, presented by Air Force Special Warfare, highlights a featured USA Wrestling athlete each week, from any age group in any style. Athlete of the Week is posted across USA Wrestling’s social media platforms, and a full-length article is published on www.themat.com.
