Missouri freshman Keegan O’Toole dominated his way through the 70 kg bracket at the UWW Junior Nationals, outscoring his competition 58-0 across six matches. O’Toole capped his title run off with an exclamation point, sticking 2019 Cadet World Team member Clayton Ulrey with an assassin.
