On this #GivingTuesdayNow, USA Wrestling is asking for your help and support
by USA Wrestling
USA Wrestling is participating in #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of unity to take place on May 5, 2020, as a response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19.
As you know, recent events have created a very different and challenging environment for many worldwide.
We are sensitive to the effects as USA Wrestling is experiencing similar challenges. That said, we are committed to continue our support to our athletes and staff.
What we are doing:
• Our coaching staff, sports psychologists, & trainers continue to coach individual athletes online.
• Continuing financial support to our top athletes, preparing for world and Olympic competition.
• Offering free Copper and Bronze classes through the membership portal.
• Silver College content from past years has been added online.
• Working out logistics, rescheduling events, securing sponsors, maintaining relationships.
• Continuing to keep our members, alumni and donors up to date on information as it evolves.
This #GivingTuesdayNow we’re asking for your help!
Of course, we remain sensitive to the burden of financial challenges during this time. However, if you are comfortable in making a monthly donation of $5, $10, $20 or $25 (or more) dollars - it will make a huge impact securing the strength and future of USA Wrestling.
Please, if you would like to start donating to USA Wrestling or if you are already giving an annual gift, consider giving monthly through our auto pay system. It’s easy!
Just go to GiveDirect.org/USAWrestling and choose how your monthly donation (or one time gift) will benefit USA Wrestling.
Please enjoy thank you videos from our athletes and coaches below including Chief of Donor and Alumni relations Steve Fraser.
We thank you in advance and hope you will join us in our pursuit of wrestling and human greatness!
Be safe and healthy,
from all of us at USA Wrestling
