USA Wrestling’s Moments off the Mat is a 30-minute segment which features interviews with coaches and athletes as well as other notable figures within the wrestling community. Moments off the Mat will now run three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:00 pm EST.
Today’s guest on Moments off the Mat is five-time Senior World Team member and two-time World medalist James Green.
