CAS decision: Russia can't participate as team in 2021 and 2022 Olympics and 2021-22 Worlds, but athletes could enter as "neutral"

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) issued its ruling today concerning the arbitration WADA vs. RUSADA.
In short, Russia can not participate as a team at the 2021 and 2022 Olympic Games, nor at any 2021 and 2022 World Championship events. Individual Russian athletes may compete only as neutrals. The specifics from their CAS press release includes:
"The Panel’s orders include, inter alia, the possibility during the two-year period for any athlete or athlete support personnel from Russia to participate in or attend the Olympic and Paralympic Games (winter or summer) and any world championships organised or sanctioned by a WADA signatory, on the condition that they are not subject to a suspension imposed by a competent authority, that the uniform worn does not contain the flag of the Russian Federation and contains the words “neutral athlete”, and that the Russian national anthem is not played or sung at any official event venue."
According to the release, "As a consequence, the Panel issued a number of orders which come into effect on 17 December 2020 for a period of two years, i.e. until 16 December 2022."

Among the other provisions, Russia may not host during these two years any World Chmpionships events, including wrestling.
In regards to the Tokyo Olympics, Russia has qualified at nine of the 18 weight classes in wrestling, with two more Olympic Qualification opportunities, the European Olympic Qualifier, and the Last Chance World Olympic Qualifier, both set for 2021. Only two nations have more wrestling qualifying spots, the United States with 15 and Cuba with 12.
