Over the weekend, Princeton All-American Patrick Brucki announced his intentions to transfer to the University of Michigan for the 2021-2022 season. Brucki, who is coming off two hip surgeries, plans to use the 2020-2021 season to recover and is scheduled to graduate from Princeton next spring.
Brucki, who competes at 197 pounds, is a three-time NCAA qualifier for Princeton, earning All-American honors by placing fourth at the 2019 NCAA tournament. In 2020, Brucki was a NWCA First-Team All-American and entered the NCAA tournament as the No. 8 seed.
Brucki plans to earn a graduate degree in engineering and should have one year of eligibility remaining when he reaches Ann Arbor.
