Final Senior World Team Trials berths up for grabs at Last Chance Qualifier in East Stroudsburg, Penn., May 3-5

Held alongside the Northeast Regional this weekend, is the 2019 Last Chance Senior World Team Trials Qualifier at Kohler Fieldhouse in East Stroudsburg, Penn., May 3-5.
The highest placing wrestler at each weight, that is not already qualified, will earn a spot at the 2019 World Team Trials Challenge Tournament in Raleigh, N.C., May 16-19. There will be a total of 30 spots in Raleigh up for grabs.

Online registration for this event will close tonight at 11 p.m. EST. Click HERE to register. There will be onsite registration, so we expect many others to join the field.

Mens’ Freestyle
57 kg – four-time NCAA All-American Zach Sanders, NCAA All-American Eddie Klimara
61 kg – two-time NCAA DII champion Daniel Deshazer, four-time NCAA qualifier Johnni DiJulius, 2019 NCAA round-of-12 Micky Phillippi
65 kg - 2019 Cerro Pelado gold medalist Ben Whitford, two-time NCAA champion Dean Heil, two-time NCAA All-American Evan Henderson, three-time NCAA All-American and 2018 Final X runner-up Joey McKenna
74 kg – NCAA runner-up Joey Lavallee
86 kg – two-time NCAA All-American Joshua Asper
Women’s Freestyle
55 kg – multiple-time Fargo champion and 2018 Junior Pan American silver medalist Vayle Baker
Greco-Roman
77 kg – Fargo champion and University Nationals runner-up Burke Paddock
Wrestling will begin Friday at 2:30 p.m. EST with men’s freestyle. The entire event will be streamed live by Flowrestling.org.

Saturday, May 4
10 a.m. – Senior Men’s Freestyle (consolation Rd 4 and consolation semifinals)
12 p.m. – Senior Men’s Freestyle (finals and 3rd place matches)
Sunday, May 5
10 a.m. – Women’s Freestyle and Greco-Roman (all weights through completion)
